Between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and weekends and holidays, if you have an emergency, it is imperative that you contact the telephone numbers listed below. After contacting one of these two numbers, please do not contact the Facilities Management Office and leave a message on the voice mail. We have an individual on call in the heating/cooling plant 24-hours a day. Call: 8499 - Heating/Cooling Plant (call this number first) If no answer at the heating/cooling plant, then call the beeper at 464-2141, key in your telephone number. If you do not receive an immediate response, please call security at 8408. Your cooperation in following this procedure is appreciated. This will help eliminate duplications and confusion and will provide more efficiency. Should you have any questions or comments regarding this procedure, please call me at 8491. - Scott Beebe
