Welcome to the
Facilities Management home page.
Hi, I’m Scott Beebe, Director of the Facilities Management department at
Washington and Lee University. My A significant number of service requests are for general repair services. Some examples of general repair work items (usually non-billable) are: lights out, sticking doors, too hot/too cold room temperature, and check odors (gas, fire, electrical, etc.). If general repairs are needed, please contact the Facilities Management department at ext. 8490 or use our on-line work order request form. Please note there are designated facility representatives in each department and fraternity, they deal with our department regularly and know our operations well. Service requests should be coordinated with these representatives whenever possible. Coordination helps to eliminate delays, duplications and wasted efforts. The Facilities Management
department is made of several departments that work together as a team
to service the facilities needs of the campus. Please click on the
